To close 2020 well, our Dubai team is relentlessly working on projects that will see the light (and the massive printing of parking tickets) early next year. The very first one for 2021 will be Silicon Central Mall, right in Dubai.
Once again, the local team has been chosen as parking technology partner by LuLu Group International, for the installation of hardware, equipment, and integration with JMS at their next state-of-art mall.
Silicon Central is in fact an amazing two level retail and leisure destination, that comprises 16,800 sqm hypermarket and department store, 12 cinema screens, health & fitness facilities, over 220 retail shops, and the most varied food courts and casual restaurants that you could imagine. The expected footfall of these impressive offer is no doubt a massive one to support, and guide properly through the parking experience: that’s where the local expertise of our HUB team, built in the first parking technology center in Middle East, makes the difference.
The installation is progressing fast, in time for the grand opening of the Silicon Central in February 2021.
The local team has provided support with the design of the lanes’ flow, the Parking Guidance System (PGS), the validation program, and the overall integration with JMS management software; in fact, visitors and shoppers will easily get their parking validation directly from the hypermarket and retail shops’ cashier, and enjoy their time at the Mall!
The operator will be able to access the occupancy data, monitor the equipment status, and analyze the validations schemes in real time, thanks to the management software. Effortless and efficient, as it’s becoming our Dubai trademark.
